We discovered this sewing pattern ($10 on Etsy) and were so enchanted by “Semi-Fantastic Mr. Fox” that we thought we’d share our find with you.
A perfect DIY gift for the young and the young at heart.
Green the project by using only fabric remnants and organic cotton thread and organic wool stuffing (or stuffing taken from another no-longer-used source).
Or, add meaning to the greening by using your child’s outgrown baby clothes, your grandmother’s tablecloth (assuming she’s no longer using it!) or an apron your mother wore and handed down to you (but it’s too stained to make much use of).
