		<description>I use a similar recipe, except that I use regular tempra paint.   1 tbsp cream, 1 tbsp cornstarch,  1 tbsp paint ( the liquid kind) mix well.  it goes on smooth, dries very fast, and does not flake off! wipes off with water! no stains!</description>
