Green Drink Recipe {for St. Patty’s Day and beyond}

Maria’s Coconut Ginger Delight!

Today I did demos at Whole Foods Market and this green smoothie recipe was VERY popular so I thought I’d share it with you!

1 young coconut

2 cups frozen strawberries

1 cup frozen mangoes

1 inch piece of ginger, unpeeled

6 oz. fresh spinach

2 dates

4 scoops stevia

water

Open coconut and drain milk into blender, scrape coconut meat out of the shell, place in blender. Add the rest of the ingredients and fill blender with water. Blend well. Enjoy and be energized!
