Smart Glass perfect for summer & a great deal for you
The day I was born, my father bought 100 shares of Corning Glass Works (now Corning Inc.), stock for me. Maybe that’s why I’ve always had a love affair with glass. Sea glass, glassware, jewelry, whatever it is, glass attracts me like a magnet.
Combine that with my passion for color and you can bet I fell hard for these stunning earrings the first time I saw them.
And when I found out they were from Smart Glass, I fell even harder!
Much of Smart Glass’s line is made from recycled bottles as are these “cobalt” earrings.
They are the color of the sky in Colorado or even in Seattle on an impossibly sunny day. And when the sun isn’t shining, wearing these makes me at least remember the possibility!
But seriously, all of the recycled glass jewelry in the Smart Glass line, even the more subtly colored, calls to me.
As an ardent crafter (and greenie of course), I love the idea that the company turns ordinary glass bottles into wearable art.
