You’re invited to our National Costume Swap Day Twitter party!

by Lynn and Corey

Are you a party animal? If you’re a mom, you might well be, but like us, instead of donning 3″ heels and a sexy dress, you may prefer to party in your PJs—feet up with a glass of wine or cup ‘o tea close by.

So you’ll be happy to learn there’s no need to primp (although feel free to do it if you like) for tonight’s National Costume Swap Day Twitter party (Tuesday, 9-27), from 6-7 p.m. PST.

Get tips, ask questions, win prizes (from Kiwi magazine, Nature’s Path, Revolution Foods, Celebrate Green! and Angell Bar), and chat away with fabulous special guests, all from the comfort of your home.

Never been to a Twitter party? No idea what we’re talking about? It’s easy to join so don’t miss the fun! See below for all the info you need.

How to join the party:

1. Join or log on to Twitter

2. Follow @CostumeSwapDay

3. Use hashtag (#) #CostumeSwap to “chat” in the party and to follow other participant’s posts

Hint: You may find it easiest to use a (free) program such as Hootsuite or TweetDeck to participate. New to twitter parties? Do a quick Internet search for “how to participate in a Twitter party” and you’ll find dozens of tutorials.

To be eligible to win prizes, you need to register here.

Special Guests:

  • Swap.com
  • Kiwi magazine
  • Green Halloween
  • EcoMom Alliance
  • Practically Green
  • Celebrate Green!

Hosted by: The Smart Mama

Hope to see you there!
