Introducing Celebrate Green’s latest blogger, Kia Robertson
A couple of years ago, we were introduced to Kia Robertson and her awesome idea to help kids eat and enjoy healthier eating, the Today I Ate a Rainbow Kit.
Last fall, Kia did a fabulous job as a blogger for Green Halloween®, so we asked if she’d be willing to do the same for Celebrate Green! We were thrilled when she said, “Yes!”
Kia is a mom, children’s book author and the creator of the kit—a tool that helps parents establish healthy habits by setting the goal of eating a rainbow of fruits and vegetables every day.
She is passionate about creating tools that help parents raise healthy kids. She admits to having been a picky eater for most of her life so she is uniquely qualified to shed some light on that subject and offer tips on how to help parents navigate the picky waters.
Kia also has recently taken up cooking with her husband Jamie, and is enjoying trying out new recipes. A big believe in the importance of getting kids into the kitchen, she provides fun recipes in her videos called In The Rainbow Kitchen.
Kia will be sharing some of her recipes with our readers starting tomorrow. Meantime, check out www.TodayIAteARainbow.com. The kit would make a great holiday gift!
We know you’ll enjoy them!
