Crispy Kale Chips
This recipe uses kale, a vegetable that is often known for its bitterness, and combines spices, salt and pepper and a distinct crispiness to delight the taste buds. For a snack, kale chips are very healthy and make a great appetizer at any dinner party.
Preparation time: 25 minutes
Servings: 3-4
Always choose local, organic ingredients when possible.
Ingredients:
One bunch kale (any type)
4 tablespoons olive oil
One teaspoon garam marsala,
Salt, pepper to taste
Preparation:
Wash kale, remove stems and cut into 2 inch by 2 inch pieces. Place in a large mixing bowl with olive oil, garam marsala, salt and pepper. Toss kale with spices, evenly distributing spices among kale. Place on an oiled baking pan, doing you best to separate kale pieces so they are not touching. Preheat oven to 350 and bake for 10-15 (or until crispy). Enjoy!

Ironic you posted this the day I made a video of making Kale Chips, I didn't post until the next day. I also added garlic and red pepper to mine and thought that if you really like ranch chips you could some of the powdered packet of ranch mix to them to satisfy a potato chip craving.
