Lynn was born in the city, but hasn't been back since she took Corey there for Corey's high school graduation gift, and Corey's been out of high school for quite awhile! I recently discovered a local organic CSA here in my county through Local Harvest (www.cobblestonefarmniagara.com). They agreed to add my town to their delivery route when I got my mother-in-law and another friend to sign on too. Then yesterday I posted it through ping.fm and THREE people replied to my facebook status that they are signing up. So I got these ladies 6 customers in 1! Last week, out of the blue, came an e-mail from the producer at the NPR show, Tell me More, with Michel Martin. We were asked to talk about Earth Day and making kids' parties more eco-friendly. Took us about oh, three seconds to respond! We're both NPR fanatics so for us, this was one of the most exciting adventures yet.
